Operator / Buyer mediation

We arrange contacts between property companies, property developer associations, trade companies, chain hotels, sales organizations as well as investors and operators (buyers and /or lease holders) on a national and international level.
The general purpose of this mediation is to initiate business between the individual interest groups (sales, purchasing, lease or management agreement) and is completely handled and seen through by us.
A wide range of projects is available (hotels of different categories with a widely-differing number of rooms) up to complete parks (suitable for complete holiday resorts).
The projects are for example in Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe up to and as far as Central Asia.
